Scope

I become your backend team.

Once the Sprint is live, the flows don’t stay static. Markets shift. Products launch. Lists grow and decay. A/B winners come in. New flows need building.

The Partnership is what I do when I stop being a contractor and start being the backend operator.

  • Flow management — every flow you own, actively monitored and optimized. New flows built as the business evolves.
  • Campaign calendar — weekly broadcasts planned, written, built, and scheduled. You approve. I execute.
  • SMS program — full SMS management. Flows, broadcasts, compliance, deliverability.
  • A/B testing cadence — at least one significant test live at all times across flows or campaigns.
  • Segment management — active segmentation, cleanup, and growth segment-building.
  • Monthly performance reporting — what ran, what worked, what’s next. Numbers you can defend.
Structure

The part where most retainers get slippery. Here’s how I don’t.

  1. Month-to-month.

    No 6-month contract. No 12-month lock-in. You pay for the month in advance. If the work isn’t landing, you cancel at month-end. No fight, no recovery call.

  2. Flat fee.

    $3,500 a month. Not tiered. Not performance-based. Not hourly. You know the number. I know the scope.

  3. One brand at a time.

    I don’t take on a Partnership slot unless I have the bandwidth to make you one of a small number of active Partnerships. My cap is intentional.

  4. No surprise invoices.

    If something is genuinely out of scope — a ground-up website rebuild, a storefront migration — I tell you first and quote it separately. No “additional fees” line items showing up month three.

How You Get Here

There are no shortcuts to this tier.

The Audit is the front door. The Sprint is the trial. The Partnership is what happens when both sides earn it.

Every current Partnership came through that exact path. The same will be true of the next one.

Skipping the Sprint means I’m guessing at your backend and you’re guessing at my delivery. Neither is worth $3,500 a month.
